Nuestra Asociación ya cuenta con un Consejo Asesor Institucional, el órgano que se encargará de elevar propuestas a la Junta Directiva sobre la opinión y posición oficial de la Asociación respecto a las cuestiones relevantes que afecten a nuestra actividad. Las reuniones, que serán mensuales, comenzaron el pasado 4 febrero con los integrantes del Consejo al completo, formado por Eduardo Luque, ex presidente de la AEDAF, Enrique Giménez-Reyna, ex Secretario de Estado de Hacienda, Jose Manuel de Bunes, ex Director General de Tributos, Jose Ignacio Alemany, Abogado, Antonio Durán-Sindreu, ex Presidente de la AEDAF, Jose Ramón Domínguez Rodicio, ex Subdirector General del IRPF, Tomás Marcos, Abogado, y Juan Carlos López-Hermoso, Presidente de la AEDAF, y todos miembros de nuestra Asociación.. El Consejo prevé la posibilidad de invitar a determinados miembros de la Asociación y/o personalidades que aporten una visión especializada sobre las materias que se estudien y que se han clasificado en tres categorías: asuntos institucionales, asuntos prácticos-profesionales y temas de actualidad. Uno de los temas más importantes debatidos en esta primera reunión ha sido el nuevo régimen de Operaciones Vinculadas, sobre el que se ha acordado proponer una profunda revisión del artículo 16 TRLIS y elaborar un exhaustivo documento de propuestas que se hará llegar a las más altas instituciones políticas y empresariales.
