Recientemente, se ha publicado en el BOCG la Proposición de Ley presentada por el Grupo Parlamentario Popular por la que se modifica el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. El objeto de la misma, según la propia exposición de motivos del texto, es “dar rápida respuesta al mandato del Alto Tribunal de llevar a cabo las modificaciones o adaptaciones pertinentes en el régimen legal del impuesto como consecuencia de la Sentencia, sin esperar el completo desarrollo del proceso de reforma abierto con la creación por parte del Gobierno de la Comisión de Expertos para la revisión y análisis del actual sistema de financiación local”.
