Canal denuncias

 

Con la aprobación de la Ley 2/2023 reguladora de la protección al Informante de las personas que informen sobre infracciones y de lucha contra la corrupción, desde diciembre de 2023 se obliga a empresas y administraciones públicas a tener un canal de denuncias que cumplan con los requisitos de dicha normativa. 

Esta norma obliga a determinadas entidades de sector privado y público a implementar canales de denuncia que deben cumplir diversos requisitos y garantías.
