Simulador Impuesto sobre Sucesiones

El Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones es un impuesto cedido a las Comunidades Autónomas, teniendo cada una de ellas competencia normativa1 sobre: i) las reducciones en la base imponible; ii) la tarifa del impuesto; iii) las cuantías y coeficientes del patrimonio preexistente; iv) las deducciones y bonificaciones en la cuota.

El Gabinete de Estudios ha elaborado este programa de simulación por medio del cual, introduciendo determinados parámetros que la propia normativa del Impuesto contempla para cada Comunidad Autónoma, puede obtenerse una cifra aproximada de la cuota a ingresar resultante de la liquidación.

El presente simulador ha sido confeccionado, basándose en la normativa vigente, a los meros efectos de facilitarle la realización de los cálculos del Impuesto sobre Sucesiones de su Comunidad Autónoma. Este servicio no tiene validez jurídica alguna, ni es vinculante para la Administración Tributaria. Al tratarse de un simulador, el Gabinete de Estudios no se responsabiliza de las posibles diferencias que pudiese tener respecto de la declaración definitiva.
