Bernardo Bande, presidente de AEDAF, subraya la importancia de la colaboración como motor de avance, destacando especialmente la excelente relación con el CGPJ, clave en el éxito de la XIX edición del Congreso Tributario. Este encuentro, celebrado en Cáceres del 26 al 28 de mayo, dejó momentos memorables y consolidó su papel como espacio de referencia para el debate fiscal. Una muestra más de que la implicación de todos los que formamos AEDAF ha hecho posible un 2024 excepcional, que cerraremos oficialmente el próximo jueves, 5 de junio, en la Asamblea General.

Madrid, 21 de mayo de 2025.- La Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, ha interpuesto un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Audiencia Nacional contra la Orden Ministerial que aprueba el modelo de declaración del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas, IRPF, correspondiente al ejercicio 2024. Mediante esta acción, la Asociación solicitará al tribunal que valore la posible inconstitucionalidad del régimen singular impuesto a los mutualistas para la devolución del IRPF indebidamente ingresado, con objeto de que se plantee cuestión de inconstitucionalidad ante el Tribunal Constitucional.
