AEDAF reclama la deflactación del IRPF para adecuar el impuesto al nivel de vida

Sevilla, 6 de mayo de 2026.- El presidente de la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, AEDAF, ha reclamado esta mañana en Sevilla la deflactación de la tarifa del IRPF. “Deflactar la tarifa es adecuar el impuesto al nivel de vida: no hacerlo atenta contra el principio de capacidad económica. No tiene ningún sentido que si alguien compra un inmueble hace treinta años por 10.000 euros y lo vende por 15.000 ahora, se entienda como una ganancia patrimonial, cuando, en proporción, el coste de la vida ha aumentado mucho más en 30 años que esos 5000 euros. No actualizar las tarifas se traduce en una mayor tributación sin que haya aumentado el poder adquisitivo del contribuyente. Por tanto, en AEDAF siempre hemos defendido la deflactación del IRPF”.
