AEDAF logra que la Agencia Tributaria haga públicos los criterios que determinan las retribuciones variables de sus funcionarios

Madrid, 27 de julio de 2022.- La justicia da la razón a la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales en una nueva victoria en su campaña por la transparencia de la Administración Pública en su relación con el contribuyente. El Juzgado Central contencioso administrativo número 4 de Madrid, en sentencia de fecha 22 de julio de 2022, ha estimado el recurso contencioso-administrativo interpuesto por AEDAF, en el que reconoce su derecho a que la AEAT le facilite la información sobre las normas reguladoras del concepto retributivo denominado “complemento de productividad”, así como los criterios para la aplicación de dichas normas.

AEDAF propone simplificar las obligaciones de información para no obstaculizar la adopción de monedas virtuales

Madrid, 19 de julio de 2022.- La Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales AEDAF ha presentado dos documentos recogiendo las observaciones de los expertos fiscales sobre los modelos de información sobre monedas virtuales. En ambos documentos, el primero en relación con el proyecto de Orden Ministerial que crea los modelos 172 y 173 y, el otro, al proyecto de Orden Ministerial que crea el modelo 721, AEDAF considera que buena parte de la información solicitada en los nuevos modelos es “de imposible o muy difícil consecución”.

Ha fallecido Enrique Campos Pedraja, uno de los fundadores de AEDAF

Nuestro compañero Enrique Campos Pedraja (Santander, 1932), uno de los fundadores de la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales, ha fallecido este domingo a los 90 años. 

Enrique, doctor en Ciencias Económicas por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, fue una figura pionera en el campo de la asesoría fiscal, la consultoría y la auditoría de cuentas en Cantabria y en España. Fundador de la Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales y de empresas como Tecnisa Campos, fue también presidente del Patronato Montañés de Enseñanza y del Colegio de Economistas de Cantabria.

Entre los muchos reconocimientos que recibió a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional, destacan igualmente la Medalla en el Servicio de la Economía en 2011 o el homenaje conjunto del Ateneo de Santander, la Cámara de Comercio y la Universidad de Cantabria en 2013 por su contribución al progreso de la Comunidad Autónoma.
