Curso Santander 2013

 

El 12 y 13 de septiembre de 2013 tuvo lugar el tradicional Curso de Verano que la Universidad de Cantabria organiza junto con la AEDAF.

Se celebró en Santander, en el espectacular Paraninfo de la Universidad. Acudió al Curso, que este año versaba sobre la Ley 7/2012, de medidas contra el fraude, más de un centenar de asistentes.

El curso se inauguró por la Directora de la Agencia Cántabra de Administración Tributaria, Natividad Fernández, el vicerrector de Relaciones Institucionales de la Universidad, Juan Enrique Varona, la vicerrectora de Cultura, Participación y Difusión, Elena Martín, y, por parte de la AEDAF, Eduardo Luque, vicepresidente y Miguel Rivero, Delegado Territorial de Cantabria.

El jueves 12, por la mañana, Tomás Marcos, Vocal Responsable de Estudios e Investigación, Elena Martín y César García, Catedrático de Derecho financiero y tributario y Miembro de AEDAF, analizaron en una rueda de prensa la Ley 7/2012, que, según ellos, es una norma que equipara al simple deudor con el defraudador.

Durante la tarde del jueves se realizó una excursión en barco por la bahía de Santander en la que se tuvo la suerte de contar con Elena Martín como guía, quien explicó la historia pasada y actual de la cuidad de Santander.

Curso Santander 2013

El curso se cerró con una interesante mesa redonda en la que se trató la conflictividad tributaria y el fraude fiscal.

A la clausura asistieron Manuel Estrada, Director General de los Cursos de Verano de la Universidad de Cantabria, Jose Mª Zamanillo, Director de las Sedes de Santander, Camargo y Parlamento de Cantabria de los Cursos de Verano de la Universidad de Cantabria, Eduardo Luque y Rodolfo Rodríguez, Secretario General de la AEDAF.
