El pasado 2 de febrero se celebró en Zaragoza una jornada dedicada a la fiscalidad de la economía digital. La ponente de la jornada sobre fiscalidad en la economía digital fue Helena Pujalte, directora del Gabinete de Estudios de la Aedaf. Pujalte llevó acabo un recorrido por todos los aspectos concernientes al comercio electrónico: su marco jurídico, la fiscalidad directa y la indirecta, su aplicación práctica y las tendencias de futuro del comercio electrónico. En sus palabras: “Ante los asesores fiscales se abre un reto con el comercio electrónico, pues es una materia que no está regulada de manera unívoca en el ámbito internacional, nos obliga a conocer la multiplicidad de normas fiscales que se aplican en los diferentes países del mundo a estas operaciones”. Y añadió: “La falta de consenso internacional en la regulación del comercio electrónico, lamentablemente, facilita el fraude en las transacciones a través de Internet.”

La jornada sirvió también para presentar el 50 aniversario de la AEDAF, que fue fundada en Zaragoza, en febrero de 1967, por 25 profesionales del asesoramiento tributario, de los que 12 eran zaragozanos. La vocal de Demarcaciones Territoriales, Dulce María Villalba, ejerció como anfitriona, junto a la vocal responsable de Atención al Asociado, Maite Azcona.

El mismo formato se repetirá en las diferentes Demarcarciones Territoriales, así el próximo día 20 de febrero tendrá lugar en Sevilla y el próximo 21 en Málaga.
